Strathconon (ex Seatrain Valley Forge) in Command 1980 - 1984

  
     
  This Container ship was taken over from a German Company in 1980 and I was appointed Command.  This was the first such ship to be managed by P&O General Cargo Division, as it was then known, later Strathconon was transferred (along with me) to O.C.L.
